Blackpink is a south korean girl group which consist of 4 members ,They are :
1).Kim Ji Soo also known just as Jisoo.
2).Jennie Kim also known just as Jennie.
3).Park Chae Young also known as ROSÉ.
4).Lalisa/Pranpriya Manoban also known as Lisa.
They debuted on August 8th, 2016 under YG Entertainment.They debuted with their first album 'Square One' including their first single songs "Whistle" and "Boombayah".Thier debut song hit No.1 on 'Billboard World Digital Songs' chart, which set the record as the most-viewed debut music video by a Korean act.Their fandom is known as BLINK.With their dominating music in the first five months ,They received the New Artist Award at the '31st Golden Disk Awards' and also at the '26th Seoul Music Awards'.
Black Pink is the highest-charting female K-pop act on Billboard Social 50, peaking at no.15 and they are also the first K-pop act to be on YouTube's Global Top 25 Summer Songs, with their 2017 hit "As If It's Your Last' and they are also the first female K-pop act to have three number-one hits on Billboard's World Digital Song Sales chart.
Some of their achievements are also that within three weeks of debut, Black Pink placed second behind world famous kpop boy band EXO for brand reputation based on a study by Korea Institute of Corporate Reputation in August 2016.They also became the most influential kpop girl group surpassing 'Twice" and "Girls Generation" who had been in the music industry for quite some time.
In May 2017, Black Pink became ambassadors for Incheon Main Customs.
The members know various languages including English ,Japanese,Chinese,Thai,etc.
